Procedural medical skills such as lumbar puncture are difficult to teach consistently. Traditional manikin-based simulation is limited by instructor variability, lack of real-time feedback, and constrained resources. We present SPATIALTUTOR, a Mixed Reality training
system with AI-driven support that augments physical manikins with spatial guidance, real-time feedback, and an LLM-powered assistant.
