XR Learning & Development Lab
Location: Armory 329 [use the southwest stairwell/elevator to access the third floor]
Jointly developed by IMMERSE and Instructional Computing Services (ICS), the space provides 10 high-performance workstations [Intel Core Ultra 9 CPU, 64GB RAM, RTX 5090 GPU] with Meta Quest 3 XR headsets and supporting software in a flexible, accessible manner for students, instructors, and developers. It aims to support coursework modules for XR-integrated classes and provide open-access for XR development work.
During Spring 2026, the lab will be open for walk-ins during the following hours:
- Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: Noon – 8 p.m.
